For fans of this Belgian biscuit, our gluten-free speculoos recipe will delight you just as much as the original version! Let yourself be tempted by its elegant appearance and caramel-colored hue… yes, yes, we're still talking about biscuits 😉

At At Naten , we make no compromises on pleasure... or on quality:
* We made it ourselves! These pucks are made in our workshop in Noyon (60)
* They are palm oil-free to reduce the content of saturated fatty acids and to prevent deforestation.
* No flavoring in the recipe! (not needed, it's so good... we'll let you be the judge!)
* Like any good recipe, it needs good ingredients: rice flour, real Ceylon cinnamon... to get a super vegan gingerbread cookie!

But most importantly, we are 100% organic and gluten-free! And when you taste our speculoos, you'll be speechless! (Yes, we wouldn't say it like that, but we're a little cultured...)

Ingredients : Cane sugar*, potato starch*, corn starch*, rice flour*, sunflower oil*, cinnamon powder* 1.8%, pure sugar caramel* (cane sugar*, water), thickener: guar gum*, concentrated lemon juice*, raising agent: sodium carbonates, sea salt, emulsifier: lecithins*.
*Ingredients from organic farming.

Gluten-free. May contain traces of milk, eggs, and nuts.
